While BrandX Bizz strives to deliver high-quality results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as ranking positions, sales, or leads.Clients must provide accurate business information and content requirements, timely feedback and approvals, and necessary access to websites, social media accounts, or hosting platforms. Delays in client communication or failure to provide required materials may impact timelines and project delivery.Payment terms are defined in the project contract or invoice. All payments must be made via the agreed payment method.Delayed payments may result in suspension of services until full payment is received. Additional work outside the original scope may incur extra charges.Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Once work has commenced or deliverables have been provided, refunds may not be issued.
Clients may cancel ongoing projects with written notice. Charges for work already completed will apply.All content, designs, and deliverables remain the property of BrandX Bizz until full payment is received. Upon receipt of full payment, ownership rights are transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed. Clients may not distribute, sell, or reuse content without written consent from Brand Stratify.
Both BrandX Bizz and clients agree to maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information shared during the project. Confidential information may only be disclosed when required by law or with prior written consent.
BrandX Bizz is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. While we follow best practices, we cannot guarantee specific search rankings, sales, or business results.These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction of local courts in Hyderabad. BrandX Bizz reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
